Pax Racing Shipping Information
We try our best to get all packages out the same day as ordered, if ordered during our regular business hours. Some orders may take 1-2 days to process. As soon as your product is shipped out you will receive your tracking number to the email that was provided to us. If any of the product you order is out of stock, you will be contacted by email or phone. If you would like Express shipping, you can submit your order then call Kristin at (661)480-7813, for your quicker shipping options.
Once we have shipped your package you will receive your tracking and any delays or issues after it is shipped, please contact your local shipping company or USPS. If you are told to put in a claim, please contact Kristin at (661)480-7813 and she can assist you. No claims can be filed until 7-10 business days from the original shipping date. We only ship through USPS and UPS.
We do not ship ANY liquids out of the US; you will be refunded if you purchase any liquids online.
