PAX Racing Shipping Information
We try our best to get all packages out the same day; if ordered during our regular business hours. Some orders may take 1-2 days to process. As soon as your product is shipped out, you will receive a tracking number to the email that was provided to us. If any of the product you order is out of stock, you will be contacted by email or phone.
International Shipping
Once we have shipped your package, you will receive your tracking information. There is little we can do for delays or issues after it is shipped, so please contact your local shipping company or USPS for help or information.
If you are told to put in a claim, please call (661) 480-7813 for assistance. No claims can be filed until 7-10 business days from the original shipping date. We only ship through USPS and UPS.
We do not ship ANY liquids out of the U.S.-- you will be refunded if you purchase any liquids online.
International Duties and Taxes
Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country. Any customs or import duties are charged at the time of the import at the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges.
