Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country. Any customs or import duties are charged at the time of the import at the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges.
If for any reason we receive your order due to not paying duties, we will not reach out to resend. If you are still wanting to receive your order, the customer must reach out within ONE week and is responsible for costs of reshipping.

RETURN POLICY

We apologize in advance if you face an issue with your order or product!
In the event of receiving an incorrect item, we will promptly send you the correct one along with a return label. Please ensure to ship back the incorrect item within 48 hours using the provided return label. Failure to do so will result in you being responsible for the cost of the product and shipping.
In order for us to keep up with all customers and inventory, if an order is processed, it must be cancelled immediately to avoid a restocking fee before it ships out.
If an order has shipped out, you must notify us via a call or MESSAGE US within 7 days of receiving your order for the return to be valid.
There will be a 20% restocking fee. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
