When your PW50 rider jumps, the bearing slides back on the shaft, so we put a snap ring to hold the bearing in place.

You can add this service on to a new drive pinion or you can send us your drive pinion.

Please give us a call to book the service and receive a turnaround time.

If you are sending in your personal drive pinion, please include a note with your contact information and the service you are expecting.

You will receive a separate invoice; all services must be paid and processed in order to be sent back to you.

ONCE IT LEAVES OUR SHOP WITH A SHIPPING CARRIER, THERE IS LITTLE WE CAN DO.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

DEPENDING WHERE YOU LIVE, YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO DUTIES & FEES.

Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country.  Any customs or import duties are charged at the time of the import at the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges.

If for any reason we receive your order due to not paying duties, we will not reach out to resend. If you are still wanting to receive your order, the customer must reach out within ONE week and is responsible for costs of reshipping.

PICK UP/WILL CALL

If you are local and would like to pick up your order and avoid shipping cost, we totally get it and would love to help you.
After one week of placing your order for pick up and it's still in our possession, you will have to call to arrange pick up for the parts.

We apologize in advance if you face an issue with your order or product!

In order for us to keep up with all customers and inventory, if an order is processed, it must be cancelled immediately to avoid a restocking fee before it ships out. 

If an order has shipped out,  you must notify us via a call or email within 7 days of receiving your order for the return to be valid.

There will be a 20% restocking fee. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Please include your name, phone number and reason for return in the package, so we can contact you if we have any questions.
